TERMS OF SERVICE

By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They cover how orders, pricing, shipping and our 60-day guarantee work, and the limits of our responsibility. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Questions are always welcome at teamplainword@gmail.com.
WHO WE ARE
This store is operated by Plainword (“Plainword,” “we” or “us”). You can reach us at teamplainword@gmail.com. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
USING OUR STORE
You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not copy or scrape the site, interfere with its operation, try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or use it to send spam or harmful code. We may refuse service, cancel orders or limit access to anyone who breaks these terms.
OUR PRODUCTS
The Weekend Bible is a guide to the Bible. It is not Scripture itself, it does not replace your Bible, and it is not a substitute for guidance from your church or pastor. It is written for general educational and devotional use.
We work to describe and show our products accurately. Because our books are printed to order, colors and finishes may vary slightly from the images on screen. If something you receive is not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we confirm and process your order. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any payment, if:
- A product or price was listed in error
- We suspect fraud or an unauthorized purchase
- We cannot ship to the address provided
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
SALES AND PROMOTIONS
Sale prices, bundle offers and other promotions apply only while they are shown in the store, and only under their stated conditions. We may change or end a promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by our payment processors, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You pay once for each order. We do not offer subscriptions, and no order will charge you again.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days, and you will receive tracking once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will send a replacement. If it does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.
OUR 60-DAY GUARANTEE
If the book does not help you, email teamplainword@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving it and we will refund the full price of the book. There is nothing to send back. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our approval, depending on your bank.
We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, such as repeated refund requests across many orders.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Weekend Bible, including its text, page designs, images, logo and the Plainword name, belongs to Plainword or the people who license it to us. It is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you buy a book or a digital file from us, you may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

REVIEWS AND MESSAGES
If you send us a review, comment, photo or other feedback, you confirm that it is honest and your own, and you allow us to use it to promote our products, with your first name and last initial. We may edit reviews for length or spelling without changing their meaning, and we may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our store may link to websites and services run by others, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
DISCLAIMERS
Except for our 60-day guarantee and any rights you have under law, our store and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without other warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the store will always be available or free of errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plainword will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to cover any losses or legal costs we incur because you broke these terms or misused the store.
RESOLVING PROBLEMS
If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most concerns can be settled quickly and informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any legal dispute will be handled in the courts located there, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
